The Su-24 Fencer is a highly maneuverable, medium range bomber.  Armaments include nuclear weapons, TV and laser guided bombs, air-to-ground missiles, rockets, and gun pods.  The Su-24 can also be equipped with AA-8 "Aphid" air-to-air missiles for self defense.  Variants of the Su-24 have been developed to perform reconnaissance and electronic countermeasure (ECM) missions.
